Tyler is the definition of a serial entrepreneur. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA), where he developed a passion for business. He planned to start dental school but decided a week before the start of his first semester to take the risk of business ownership over the security of dentistry. Since then he has taken his wife and three kids on a roller coaster of life through over 10 businesses in a variety of different industries.
From bootstrap startups to acquisitions, Tyler has owned businesses in MLM, retail, food, finance, service, insurance, and real estate. After multiple successful exits he has enjoyed living all over the world including extended stays in Costa Rica, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, Dubai, Russia, as well as other international and domestic locations. Tyler is a master at generating passive income, which allows him to enjoy an untethered life. Tyler gets a thrill from helping other people understand and implement sound business strategies to grow their business. He finds fulfillment from seeing someone go from plateau or burnout in their business to growth and automation. His philosophy is if someone is going to go through all the pains of owning a business, they should structure it in a way so that they can live their dream life as a result of that business.
Tom was born in Magrath, Alberta, Canada and was raised on a farm which taught him the value of extreme hard work and discipline from a very young age. Tom is a natural born salesman and entrepreneur. At age 16 Tom started his first business with employees utilizing door to door to attract clients for his lawn service company. Tom made enough money during high school to be able to pay for his freshman year of college without having to get student loans. Tom studied business management and jumped straight into starting a business right out of school.
Today Tom has equity in 47 different companies and has 1000+ employees. Tom has had a lot of success building and flipping businesses, which has provided him the opportunity to travel the world and to live the life of his dreams with his beautiful wife of 20 years and their 3 children.
Tom is extremely passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses. He also gets so much genuine fulfillment in helping others with personal growth and development, so that entrepreneurs can have the bandwidth and mental fortitude that it takes to excel in the business world.
